Research Interests:

Main research interests are the hot topics in fields of molecular oncology and immunogenetics with a focus on B and T cell malignancies, breast, ovarian, lung and tongue cancer. We examine signal transduction pathways upon treatment with selected substances including phytochemicals and targeted therapies.

Techniques: Culturing cancer cells, in vitro drug screening, trypan blue apoptosis assay, BrdU proliferation assay, cell survival assay, protein extraction, gel electrophoresis, western blot, TRIzol DNA and RNA extraction, RNA quantification, PCR.
